Iran sends relief aid, medical team to Libya

SANANDAJ, Iran – Iran’s first consignment of relief aid, weighing 36 tons, has arrived in Libya, the head of Iran’s Red Crescent Society announced on Saturday.
Along with the consignment, a 13-member medical team has also arrived in the country, Zaher Rostami told reporters in the western city of Sanandaj.Rostami said if there would be more need Iran is ready to send more aid to the Libyan people
